Minimum Standards

The FXE Minimum Standards were composed to benefit the public and to promote aviation and aeronautical activities while complying with the Airport Rules and Regulations. The standards protect the health, safety, and welfare of the users of Executive Airport and ensure that a high level of quality and service is maintained by any person offering aeronautical services at the Airport.

These requirements provide a basis for ensuring that all Operators and potential Operators are treated in a fair and nondiscriminatory manner. The regulations prescribe Minimum Standards for the conduct of Commercial Aviation Service Operators at Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport and specify the content of certain clauses that will be included in lease agreements permitting the conduct of such activities.

Insurance Requirements

Please see the chart provided of insurance requirements for your business to operate at FXE. The Operator must procure and maintain insurance throughout the term of its activities at the Operator’s expense.

FXE Aviation Operators Registration Form

To operate a business at FXE, it is a requirement of all Airport leases that all businesses register with the Airport Manager/ Administration Office. Please complete the FXE Aviation Operators Registration Form.

Independent Contractor Registration Form

To provide services on FXE property, it is a requirement of the City of Fort Lauderdale Code of Ordinances that all businesses register with the Airport Manager/Administration Office. Please complete the Independent Contractor Registration Form.

Tenant Directory Form

If you are a registered leaseholder on FXE property, please complete the Tenant Directory Form to be included in our online directory.
